Job Description:

The Senior Manager Corporate Projects Implementation would be having the following responsibilities: 1. To lead the process of developing long-term strategic partnerships with corporates to fund World Vision India projects and programmes in the non-PFA areas in the country in alignment with the 2030 strategy of working in the fragile areas. 2. Ensure timely programme implementation of highest quality meeting the industry standards and expectations of the leading to sustained wellbeing of children and communities of these projects. 3. Capacity building of teams working in corporate projects to meet the expectations of the corporates.

Programme Quality and Implementation:
1. Ensure programme delivery of the highest quality for each of the projects in the non PFA areas meeting the requirements of the corporates. 2. Plan and make regular visits to the project areas to follow up on the programme implementation and submit reports of the same to the supervisor. 3. Ensure timely utilization of funds and completion of the projects within the given time frame to the satisfaction of the funding agency with the submission of quality financial and narrative reports.. 4. Familiarise with the DME and finance systems of the different corporates. 5. Work with cross functional teams and departments across the organisation for implementing of the corporates across the country. 6. Ensure preparation and submission of reports financial and narrative of highest quality to the support entities within the given time frame. Develop Corporate Projects Reports that highlights delivery and performance against project objectives. 7. Evaluations: Facilitate/coordinate timely midterm and end of project evaluations leading to evaluation reports being submitted to the various stakeholders. 8. Ensure appropriate monitoring systems are in place for in each of the units to deliver on the promises made to the donors, community and children. 9. Drive innovation and new ideas with the larger teams.

Resource Mobilization & Acquisition

1. To explore various avenues, ideas and opportunities to explore mutual areas of interests with potential corporates in the non PFA areas 2. To represent World Vision India in different corporate forums and events, CSR seminars and conferences to network and with prospective corporates to improve the visibility and footprints of the organization 3. Study CSR strategies / reports and foresee the trend/direction of Corporate funding for the next 3-5 years and submit proposals accordingly especially in the context of Covid 19. 4. Identify the most fragile areas in the country and work for funding in those areas in alignment with our 2030 strategy and as per the interests of the corporates and submit proposals for the same. 5. To ensure preparation of quality proposals and concept notes as per donor requirements and ensure timely submission of the same. 6. Prepare a concept paper/proposal deck for immediate submission in response to a request for proposals in line with our footprints and 2030 strategy. 7. To work in close coordination with the DME, Resource Mobilisation and Support Office Liaison teams. 8. Continuously engage with the Corporate Team in WV India for meeting updates.

Knowledge Management

Educating self and teams on the CSR strategies and footprints of corporates and to act as the knowledge leader and expert for CSR funding for corporate projects. 2. Access the latest information from WV Central and other portals on issues pertaining to programme effectiveness of corporate projects and apply the same to the project implementation. 3. Research on current development issues and partnership leading to the development of proposals for funding.

Partnerships

Identify partners and sign agreements for supporting and strengthening programme implementation. 2. To review the grant agreements/contract with the corporate partners to ensure they meet donor requirements, while ensuring compliance with World Vision India’s procedures, system, and guidelines. 3. To ensure effective grant contract management for corporate partners in terms of seeking extensions or tracking under-spends 4. To attend relevant industry events and explore the possibilities for the development of new partnerships. 5. Attend review meetings organized by corporates to understand their demands from World Vision India. 6. Strengthening of the existing partnerships and developing new ones. 7. Facilitate donors and partner visits to the project areas. 8. Focusing on partnering at national levels and try to form consortia with Local and national NGOs with support of RM and Corporate teams.
