Key Responsibilities:
Faith at Work Coordinator
Contract: Part time, 2 days per week 15 hours
Location: Milton Keynes office
Salary : Pro rata £30,874.00

Lead World Vision UK’s Faith at Work offering, coordinating key
events for staff and offering support and advice to World Vision as
we seek to live out our faith with boldness and humility.
· Coordinate and host World Vision UK’s weekly staff devotions.
· Coordinate and support Small Group Leaders and Prayer Ministry
Team.
· Oversee the running of regular prayer meetings, such as Be Still Key Relationships: To all staff , at all levels and responsible for building relationships with external speakers, venues and suppliers. Line Management responsibility: None Decision Making: Create content and lead at key events, i.e. day of prayer and weekly devotions
Prayers, and organise ad-hoc opportunities for prayer as and when new situations arise. · Manage the planning and implementation of World Vision UK’s Day of Prayer in collaboration with staff from across WVUK, and UK-based staff at World Vision International and Vision Fund International. · Manage the planning and implementation of other key events such as the Christmas Carol service and other moments in the Christian Calendar (e.g. Lent, Easter, Advent, etc) · Engage with World Vision International’s Global Centre Faith and Development Leads to ensure that World Vision UK’s approach is in line with World Vision partnership priorities.
· Maintain World Vision’s Faith at Work pages on the staff intranet (SharePoint), keeping content up to date and relevant. · Support the Head of People & Culture on specific projects including the roll out of World Vision’s Mission Immersion Programme to new and existing staff at World Vision UK.
