  • As a Working Student you support our Supply Chain team in their daily operations.
  • You manage and update master data in the order system (Stammdatenänderungen).
  • You are responsible for the adjustment of Purchase Orders (PO) and Transfer Orders (TO).
  • You handle backorders and ensure timely resolution.
  • You review processes and update and maintain various spreadsheets and documents.
  • You conduct researches and evaluate potential suppliers in the market.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme, e.g. supply chain management, business administration, logistics or a related field or have successfully completed a degree and want to gain initial professional experience.
  • You have a strong analytical understanding and a good “relationship” with numbers.
  • You convince with your strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • You are a professional in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • You have good communication skills in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or administrative roles is a plus.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 29.736 gross per year based on full-time employment.
