How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- As a Working Student – Supplier Master Data, you manage various areas of the global supplier onboarding process
- You dispatch and track supplier documents (terms and conditions, master data sheets, etc.)
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining supplier and other business partner master data
- You ensure a high level of data quality through completeness and plausibility checks
- In this role, you cooperate with international and national business departments within the scope of international master data management processes
- You correspond with internal business departments and external business partners
- In addition, you complete organisational and administrative tasks
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have active advanced studies
- Your initial experience in master data management is an advantage
- You are proficient in working with MS Office (especially in Outlook, OneNote, Word and Excel)
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Your reliable, structured and independent way of working is your strength
- You bring excellent communication and organisational skills
