- As Workflow Automation Manager (m/f/d) you utilize Airtable to develop customized applications, catering to both company-wide and team-specific requirements.
- You engage with various teams to comprehensively understand their needs and requirements and you support with finding solutions.
- You encourage and facilitate brainstorming sessions with teams to identify opportunities for applications and automation that would create value for the company.
- You provide training sessions and educational resources to ensure teams are proficient in utilizing Airtable effectively.
- You implement process automation solutions using Airtable to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the organization.
- You address ad-hoc requests from teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support as needed.
- You implement robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and system reliability within Airtable solutions.
Your strengths and qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- You have 3+ years proofen track of work experience with Airtable or similar database management tools to build applications and automate processes.
- You are proficient in data modeling and database design concepts.
- You show a strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- You are very well known for your strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and devise efficient solutions using database management tools.
- You have excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- With your proactive mindset you are capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive organizational efficiency.
- You show attention to detail, ensure accuracy and reliability in the development and implementation of Airtable applications and automation.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – any other language is a plus.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 45.000 gross per year.
