Job Summary: |
The Program Coordinator will work with the Executive Producer to oversee the implementation of a quality educational experience for students centered in American popular music with a focus on outreach, individual development, and talent development. The Program Coordinator will oversee intern-driven projects including production of print materials and promotion for shows and touring, copy and content for webpages, social media, and recruitment. Work with Wisconsin Union staff on management of financial and business process, stakeholder communications and program marketing. Assist with travel, event management and rehearsals as needed. |

Responsibilities: | Provides subject matter expertise in the development and execution of programs within the scope of student learning and development. Organizes the facilitation and development of curriculum design for on-going and new educational initiatives. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Additional Information: |
The Wisconsin Union operates two buildings on the UW-Madison campus. The Wisconsin Union is a financially self-supporting division of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Financial support for the organization is provided by income earned by twenty-two food service units and a variety of nonfood units such as games, guest rooms, space rentals and campus vending. Substantial support is also provided by student fees. The total annual organizational budget is approximately $45 million dollars. |
