WIL Operations Officer

Overview:

  • Casual position, commencing asap   

  • $46.93 per hour, rostered shifts available 

  • Based at the Bundoora Campus  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Be accountable for your own actions and workload to positively influence the team culture and consistently demonstrate RMIT’s values.  

  • Undertake reception duties at the RMIT Health Clinic, providing excellent customer experience for students, staff and the general public.  

  • Provide data entry support for the WIL teams for the accurate and timely entry of student placement data.  

  • Ensure accurate record keeping including maintenance of the clinic patient software, WIL compliance information whilst maintaining privacy at all times.  

  • Implement clinic processes and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant legislation as it relates to the running of a health service and RMIT policies, systems and procedures including supporting OH&S in the facility.  

Key Selection Criteria  

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:  

  • Experience providing high-quality customer service.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with audiences from a range of cultural backgrounds.  

  • Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve existing practices and services.  

  • High level of proficiency in computer software packages with effectiveness, accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to learn new technical skills.  

Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children Check, and candidates are required to have had a 3rd COVID vaccination to work in the RMIT Health Clinic.
