| Job Summary: | The WIDA Research Coordinator position is located within Educator Learning, Research, and Practice (ELRP) department and will report to the designated ELRP Assistant Director. This position will be responsible for a) coordinating research and professional learning activities conducted with participating educators and local school districts; b) tracking and maintaining records contributing to the research and evaluation conducted in the program; and c) conducting research activities under the direction of a researcher and/or program administrator. The WIDA Research Coordinator will be expected to travel to partner sites within Wisconsin approximately 8 times per year. The person in this role would need to within driving distance of the partner sites located throughout rural Wisconsin. Driving mileage will be reimbursed per UW Madison Travel Policy. The FTE of this position is 50% time. However, the FTE may increase if more grants are awarded. |

| Responsibilities: | Supports the development, design, and implementation of research projects according to plans, under the general direction of faculty and/or senior research personnel, following established protocols and guidelines to support and advance research in a given field under general supervision.
