Welcome and Triage Officer


Job description

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to join the new Student Experiential Services team. The role will be within the University’s new Student Centre Welcome Team, to provide welcome, triage and first response information, referrals and guidance to students and university colleagues on student support matters. This exciting opportunity will be within a team of nine colleagues and be based in the Student Centre.

Applicants should have a passion for excellent customer service, and experience of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
