Wealth Management Associate in Ottawa, Ontario

Our client, a Big 5 bank is currently hiring for a Wealth Management associate to join their team in Ottawa, ON OR Montreal, QC.

Location: Onsite Fully for the 1st Month (moving to 2 days in office afterwards – work from home Monday and Fridays).

OPEN TO CANDIDATES IN OTTAWA & MONTREAL

Contract Duration: 6 months to start – high possibility of conversion to permanent.

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Typical Day in the Role:

• Resolving client telephone and email inquiries timely and effectively regarding wealth management services.

• Using discretion and problem solving skills to satisfy the requirements of the customer’s request

• Contributing to ideal center functionality by adhering to goals, policies, and procedures

• Utilizing key mind for sales to recognize and initiate opportunities for cross-selling and referrals

• Facilitating a culture of communication, participation, and collaboration by being an actively positive member of your team

Must Have Skills:

• 2-4 years of Financial industry experience (account status, transfers, RRSPs, — general understanding of investment options)

• 2-4 years Experience in a Customer Service capacity particularly in a Banking Contact Center environment

• personal trading experience

Nice to have Skills

-Previously completed a CSC course

-Language skills in Cantonese Mandarin or French an asset and will be prioritized
