Description:Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to AVP Retail Banking Officers, Teller/Universal Bankers, and retail staff for all InBank Retail Banking locations.Design and maintain a Retail Banking training and certification program, including developing a Universal Banker/Teller training manual.Facilitate communication and training for staff, and partner with Compliance and Operations to ensure compliance and operational standards are met. Accountable for achieving annual revenues, sales, and customer satisfaction targets, while also minimizing operational losses. Oversight of compliance and audit effectiveness.This position is 100% in officeESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES: * Manage day-to-day activity of assigned branch locations regarding associates, sales, service, and oversee operations, transaction controls, loss-prevention, debit card maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and maintain superior customer service culture.
  • Responsible for keeping branch locations in compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge and follow relevant bank financial and security regulations.
  • Actively participate in the initiation, planning, execution, and roll-out of new products/services to associates.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor monthly associate operational certifications.
  • Conduct internal audits of each branch location quarterly; inclusive of cash counts, ATM audits, and other internal audit preparation.
  • Manage InBank’s Customer Concierge Team (Customer Service/Support) as well as the Bank’s ATM fleet.
  • Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations.

Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceWork Experience: 7-10 years of retail banking experienceSupervisory Experience: 5-7 years of supervisory experienceLicenses/Accreditations: N/AComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteOther Requirements: Advanced knowledge of bank products and services. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Detail oriented. Ability to work in and facilitate a team environment. Good organization and time management skills. Able to be flexible and adaptable to changing environment. Ability to operate standard office equipment (10-key, PC, typewriter).Preferred Skills/Experience: Project management experience preferred. Training experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills. Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to effectively communicate between key internal business partners.The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Targeted hiring range based on experience: $65,000 – $90,000 yearly. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company Discretion.
