Job Description: • Support the Billing and Credentialing Manager and billing associates.
- Ensure maximum reimbursement for mental health services rendered.
- Submit, track, and investigate insurance claims.
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collect payments from clients.
- Communicate extensively with insurance companies by phone.
- Resolve claim denials and related issues.
- Create and analyze reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Attend daily meetings with the Billing and Credentialing Manager.
