Job Description: • Support the Billing and Credentialing Manager and billing associates.

  • Ensure maximum reimbursement for mental health services rendered.
  • Submit, track, and investigate insurance claims.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Collect payments from clients.
  • Communicate extensively with insurance companies by phone.
  • Resolve claim denials and related issues.
  • Create and analyze reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Attend daily meetings with the Billing and Credentialing Manager.
