Your focus will be on delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients while promoting operational efficiency and excellence. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will lead the sales and delivery efforts for consulting projects across various clients and sectors.Key Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire project delivery teams with clear strategic leadership
- Creatively develop and tailor service offerings that meet our clients’ unique needs
- Steer and support the successful execution of transportation consulting projects
- Define the overall approach and offerings for our service lines
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards
- Keep an eye on project performance and proactively tackle any potential risks
- Standardize our delivery methodologies to promote consistency and efficiency
- Create effective go-to-market and sales strategies
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Implement industry best practices, tools, and metrics to elevate project management
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to refine delivery processes
- Monitor project performance throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
- Manage project budgets to ensure profitability and optimal allocation of resources
- Enhance project margins
- Develop and implement a solid project delivery strategy
- Share valuable insights on new business opportunities, proposals, and contracts
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being a plus!
- We’re looking for candidates with over 10 years of experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- A proven history of successfully managing large-scale and complex transportation consulting projects is essential.
- You should have extensive experience in project work and a strong track record of technical excellence.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is key.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must!
- Proficient use of project management software and tools will be important in this role.
