Job Description:

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital at the World Equestrian Center (WEC), provides Small Animal primary care and urgent care services and Equine sports medicine, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating the daily activity of patients, directing communications with clients during their visits, answering phones, and processing payments.

Available Shifts:
Day shifts available. May require working holidays and weekends.
This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.

Expected Salary:

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour; commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Vet Client Service Representative I:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Vet Client Service Representative II:

High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a Client Service position in a relevant field
• More than two years of work experience loading, unloading, restraining, and handling horses
