The Paradise Animal Hospital and Wellness Centre in Paradise, NL (suburbs of St. John’s) is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our progressive, busy, small animal practice.  You will find no place more welcoming and accommodating than our lovely province, and our fantastic staff who are sure to make you comfortable. With an opportunity to explore this beautiful province and make the St. John’s area home, you will have a unique access to both nature and the city life. If you enjoy the outdoors than Newfoundland is the place for you. This province also has a fantastic arts and entertainment industry and the culinary options are endless. 

At PAHWC we strongly value the bond we have with our clients and their four legged family members. To help you help them, we offer 30 minute appointment times, file dictation and the support of 30 fabulous and knowledgeable support staff (which includes 7 RVT’s and 6 technicians in training). We offer a walk-in service from 8 am to 10 am for urgent care or emergent appointments and rotate our doctors on the schedule to cover these walk-in appointments. 

We offer competitive market salary, generous signing bonus, benefits plan, private Employee Assistance Program, four weeks’ vacation, 4 day work weeks, paid CE, and paid licensing dues. All after hour’s emergency is referred to the Veterinary Specialty Centre.
