Previous Valet or Front Office Experience a plus!

What will I be doing?

The Valet Parking Supervisor oversees valet parking and guest services team members to ensure courteous, professional and efficient parking operations.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manages daily shuttle schedules and operations.
• Addresses guest concerns.
• Ensures all parking transactions are accurate, banks are balanced, deposits are correct and secured, and discrepancies are reported.
• Maintains inventory of operating supplies and monitors and maintains all parking equipment and reports needed repairs.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
