Qualifications

 

Description:

Provide administrative support for the Student Counseling Center.

Job duties or skills needed:

• Professional telephone and reception experience, particularly in fast paced and/or medical environments.
• Comfort with confidential information and emotionally activated callers.
• Experience with scheduling software and/or electronic health records.
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls, email, and office communications.
• Knowledge of Banner or CSGold a plus.
