Salary: According to the Austrian collective agreement, the monthly gross pay is a minimum of € 6.362,50 (14 times/year). • an exceptional qualification for the vacant position of film sound (area: re-recording mixing and sound design) in the widest possible range, to be demonstrated by many years of professional experience as a mixing engineer and sound designer for movies in a wide range of genres, including at the international level
• excellent technical skills in the practice of re-recording mixing and sound design

Specific Requirements

• teaching experience in the sector of post-secondary education relevant to the specific field Film Sound
• profound artistic and dramaturgical qualifications in the field of film and media, which go beyond the field of film sound in an interdisciplinary way
• additional qualifications in film and video technology and the cross-departmental integration of film sound (e.g. experimental film, cinema and television, games and new media)
• in-depth practical and technical knowledge of relevant hardware and software (DAW, controller, plug-ins, restoration, ADR)
• knowledge of current technological developments
