Job Summary | Auburn University Risk Management and Safety seeks a University Industrial Hygienist to assist in identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards; assists colleges and university departments in complying with applicable workplace regulations and national consensus standards; and supports safe work practices and environments for the Auburn University community, including employees, students, visitors, and contractors and vendors. This position will also assist with routine industrial hygiene and occupational safety and health questions or problems, and collaborates with the Safety and Health Manager or other management personnel on complex issues. Requirements for Additional Job Levels | Level I – Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience Level II – Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience Level III – Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience and Industrial Hygienist certification. |
