Country: Guinea-Bissau

Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of the consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive baseline study on the state of Business and Human Rights (BHR) in Guinea-Bissau, including the identification of key human rights risks linked to business activities, institutional and legal gaps, existing mechanisms, stakeholder capacities, and opportunities for responsible business conduct.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 3 months (40 working days including 10 days in the field).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
