Introduction

Description of the Assignment: Conducting Banking Services Survey– UN Resident Coordinator’s Office

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30 working days – 1 and half month period.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Proposal should be submitted directly into the system portal no later than indicated deadline.

• When registering in the supplier portal please use your three full names as indicated in the passport in the Supplier name section
• While registering in the Quantum system and participating in this procurement opportunity, we would like to instruct you to submit your respective offer only as an Individual Consultant under your name (not company name). Submissions made in the name of a company will results in disqualifications and will not warrant for further evaluation.

• Please note that financial proposal must not be included anywhere except the financial/ commercial sub-section under Requirements section. If any financial proposal is found in any of the other technical documents, it will result in disqualifications from the bid.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
