UKVI Compliance Administrator

We are seeking to appoint proactive and professional administrator within the UKVI Compliance Unit. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational capabilities, the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You will be adept at working under pressure, be enthusiastic, able to work independently under their own initiative as well as working collaboratively in the wider team. 

You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with UKVI sponsor duties, contributing to the work of file audit and reporting. You will also support the university engagement monitoring policy. You will take on the role of secretary to the UKVI Compliance and Oversight Panel. 

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a Higher Education background, administration skills and experience, proficiency in the use of MS Office technology including word processing, presentation software, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet, and an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy. You will demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity, a commitment to quality and an understanding of data protection and freedom of information legislation.
