Job Title: UI/UX Product Lead(US Citizens Only)
Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationResponsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user interfaces and experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to define and drive the user experience vision for new products and features.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and guidelines that ensure consistency across the product suite.
Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on solutions.
Analyze product data, user feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Lead design reviews and ensure that all designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual design.
Champion a user-centered design process and advocate for design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Ensure that all UI/UX deliverables are met on time and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in UI/UX design with a focus on product design, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI design and UX strategy, with examples of shipped products.
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
Proficiency in conducting usability studies, user interviews, A/B testing, and other user research methods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with product managers and developers.
Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design for different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
A passion for creating simple, effective, and beautiful user interfaces that solve real user problems.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
