Job Title: UI/UX Product Lead(US Citizens Only)
Location: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationResponsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user interfaces and experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to define and drive the user experience vision for new products and features.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and guidelines that ensure consistency across the product suite.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on solutions.
- Analyze product data, user feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Lead design reviews and ensure that all designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual design.
- Champion a user-centered design process and advocate for design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure that all UI/UX deliverables are met on time and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design with a focus on product design, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI design and UX strategy, with examples of shipped products.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
- Proficiency in conducting usability studies, user interviews, A/B testing, and other user research methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with product managers and developers.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design for different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- A passion for creating simple, effective, and beautiful user interfaces that solve real user problems.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
