Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have the ability for attention to detail, possess organizational skill, and have effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must understand handling confidential information.
- Ability to positively collaborate with staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and preferably some experience with SharePoint.
- Required to be able to perform the job duties independently.
Typical Experience:
Preferred experience with office-based software.
Preferred experience with office scanner/printer equipment.
Preferred experience with website management.
Preferred experience relating to land or property management.
Required Education or Training:
Applicant must be a University of Alaska student, enrolled and regularly attending six (6) or more credit hours and must possess a 2.0 or better cumulative grade point average CGPA)
Salary Information:
This is a Student Assistant 2 position with a minimum pay of $11.34 per hour.
