Job Description
Person Specification

Clare Hall is a research-based college within the University of Cambridge for postgraduate students, post-doctoral researchers and senior researchers elected as Fellows. As the smallest postgraduate college, Clare Hall maintains the largest programme for visiting academics in either Oxford or Cambridge and is a close-knit academic community with a family-friendly ethos.

We are looking for a friendly, confident individual with previous tutorial administration experience to take a central role in our small Tutorial Office. The Tutorial Administrator will work closely with the Senior Tutor, the tutorial team and college administrative staff. With proven similar experience, they will be central to the administration of postgraduate student admissions, visas, examinations, graduations and events, being familiar with the relevant University processes and systems. They will enjoy working in a small team, responding to student enquiries and have excellent administrative, interpersonal and computer skills.
