| Job Summary: |
Under general supervision of the UW-Madison Travel & Card Manager, this position will serve as the Travel Manager for the UW-Madison campus. The associated responsibilities include consultation, communication and training on travel reservations and use of contracts, travel policies, procedures, reimbursement, and payment options to ensure compliance with university requirements. This position, while centrally located in the Division of Business Services, works closely with faculty and staff from each school, college, and auxiliary on the UW-Madison campus. |

Employee may be required to make irregular visits to the UW-Madison campus for occasional meetings, events, etc. UW-Madison will not reimburse travel expenses between the employee’s remote workspace and the UW Madison workspace. |
