Job Summary
The Transplant Regulatory Analyst functions as a pooled resource to provide analytical support for the functional areas within Transplant Services. Working directly with the Quality and Digital Health Manager, the analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity and gathering, analyzing and reporting statistical information and patient outcomes to both internal and external customers. The analyst also communicates audit outcomes directly to functional managers providing areas of focus for optimal regulatory compliance. The analyst also applies appropriate QAPI methodology to improve internal processes and outcomes. Additional responsibilities include making recommendations for the implementation of technology required to support the goals of the Transplant Service with emphasis on regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement, analyzing patient safety events and making recommendations.
