We accompany and develop you individually so that you can reach your full potential.Does that sound interesting? – Then we are looking for you for our Transition & Launch team in Vienna as aTransition Engineer (m/f/d) – Home office possibleYou will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.Your new role:Backing up a product from development to the introduction phaseManage changes in a controlled manner from product design to introduction into the fieldActing as a communication channel between development and regional key stake holdersBe part of strategical decisions when it comes to new products and functionality which have an impact on live customer sitesGain experience with our product portfolioCross-integration and validation of our productsManagement of pilot and demo sites (field testing)Understand customers’ needs, derive requirementsActing as a service companion in the first real life installations for regional key stakeholders; Leading the product to productionEstablish and maintain communication channels for the regions after the last phase of product introductionTransfer knowledge throughout the organizationDocumentation from a service perspectiveTechnical workshops and trainings for regional key stakeholders (internal and external to the company)Provide feedback on your project activities to accountable partiesYour skills:A master’s, bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a strong academic performance Previous Service Transition and Service Design knowledge of importance, but not mandatoryKnowledge of healthcare and medical imaging and communication standards like HL7, DICOM etcKnowledge of workflow within a hospital/clinical environment or experience within the healthcare sector is a plusPACS / RIS System experience is a plusStrong interpersonal skills and customer service focusExcellent training and presentation abilitiesFluency in English (verbal and written)Good understanding of and practice with virtualization solutionsGood understanding of (Linux) operating systems and computer networksKnowledge about containerization of applications and orchestration is an assetTrack record in leading complex projects in a software or high-tech field, with proven experience utilizing various project management methodologiesRequirements engineering preferred, but not mandatoryUnderstanding of software development processesExperience with regulations applicable to medical devices preferred, but not mandatoryProduct- or Program Management experience preferred, but not mandatoryPositive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results orientedWell-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skillsA strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environmentContinuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologiesTechnical aptitude mixed with a solid clinical hospital background preferredWillingness to travel and work out of hours if required.Strong communication skills, troubleshooting skills and able to self-directWe offer you:All the advantages of an established, international companyYou are part of a first-class, creative and innovative teamCompany cell phone with dual sim (Android or iOS) also for private useComplete hardware and software equipment for comfortable working in your home officeYou have creative leeway and a high degree of influence on your workFlexible working hours and the possibility of working from homeThe option to attend conferences, training and technology certificationsYou can actively shape the visions and goals of the productThe minimum salary for this position is € 50.000,– gross per year (38.5 working hours), an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.Be part of our innovative power and shape the future with us!
