Position statement

The Trainer and User Support Officer is responsible for delivery of training and supporting ANU Advancement’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system users contributing to their success. This role will develop and maintain effective, professional working relationships with colleagues within Advancement and other system users across the University.

Working within the Systems and Data team, our ideal candidate is eager to learn, has experience in user support and systems training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a variety of system end users.
