New construction (Pre-engineered)
Tasks
Perform job-site calculations
Align, weld or bolt units in place
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Inspect or test structures and equipment for deterioration, defects or failure to comply with specifications or regulations
Unload and position steel units so each piece can be hoisted as needed
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Working at heights training
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
Cranes (assemble, erect, jump, dismantle)
Tower crane
Derrick type crane
