  • Lead the international rollout of job gradings
  • Manage job grading for the Senior Management group
  • Take ownership of the Compensation Module in SF, overseeing digital remuneration reviews and STI processes.

Enhance global templates, incorporating local needs

  • Take part in developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy to support business objectives and attract top talent
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarks for competitive compensation structures.
  • Design groupwide compensation processes and prepare process descriptions (Job grading, Benchmarking, Remuneration review, Variable Pay STI & LTI)
  • Implement and manage performance-based compensation programs and incentive structures
  • Manage compensation processes for the Senior Management target group
  • Take part in developing and introducing the equal pay agenda at the group
  • Develop and implement trainings, and prepare materials to educate the wienerberger HR community on total rewards programs and tools
  • Optimize benefits management globally
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job grading
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • General understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits (including local country specificities)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
