Tasks

• Join a diverse and international team working with the top management of our clients
• Drive the development of strategies to help our clients meet industry challenges
• Manage projects across Europe and beyond
• Represent StepChange both on projects and at exciting international conferences
• Develop client business across the project life cycle from project acquisition, to planning & delivery

• understand the essence of top management consulting
• have a minimum experience of 5 years in top-tier management consulting
• are highly analytical
• have an outstanding academic and professional track record
• love the thrill of traveling and meeting clients eye-to-eye, anywhere, anytime

• are highly ambitious and will accept any challenge
