Timetabling Manager (Processes and Policy) – Maternity Cover -Grade 7

Reporting to the Student Experience Manager (Timetabling and Assessment) in the Division, your key responsibility will be the management of academic timetabling in your assigned Faculty, whilst working alongside the other Timetabling Managers to ensure co-ordination across the University.

You will also take the lead for the management of processes and policy within Timetabling, ensuring strong links are maintained with the relevant departments.

There is a requirement to supervise administrative and clerical staff. Previous timetabling experience in a HE environment and knowledge of timetabling software are both essential, in order to meet the immediate demands of the role. You should have a degree or equivalent professional experience.

This post is to cover a period of Maternity Leave, expected to be from 1 December 2022 until 2 January 2024.
