Job Title: Tenure-Track, Assistant or Associate Professor in Psychology
Position Status: 3 Year CLTA; OPSEU Local 685
Department: Department of Psychology
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
Preferred Start Date: January 1, 2025, or as negotiated
Qualifications
-candidates are required to:
– have completed a PhD in Psychology with a preference for those who have a willingness to teach a variety of undergraduate courses in Psychology (e.g., introduction to psychology, social psychology,
developmental psychology, & research methods, amongst others);
– have research interests that build on areas related (but not limited) to: Social, biological, behavioral, and health psychology.
– demonstrated relevant academic background, research portfolio and a record of teaching excellence.
– experience with remote/online/hybrid instruction is desirable.
