The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
- Tender Purpose:
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the NRC business processes optimization
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to set up a framework agreement to contribute to the further strengthening of the Norwegian Refugee Council Middle East and North Africa Region’s (NRC MENA) capacity to deliver on the strategy implementation through enhanced institutional efficiency. The aim is to achieve this objective by enhancing the NRC MENA’s human resources and management systems using continuous improvement methodologies towards the development of result-oriented actions in priority areas identified by the Regional or Country Offices leadership (e.g. project planning, procurement, budget monitoring, recruitment, performance management, etc.).
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in RFP ‘’Annex 1’’.
