Temporary Resourcing Co-ordinator

Job overview

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Temporary Resourcing team here at UHS. If you have previous experience in an HR or Recruitment role and really good data analysis skills we would love to hear from you! This is a varied and interesting role which offers a mixture of admin and project work, focusing on initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our temporary staffing.

We look after all temporary resourcing requirements for the organisation: medical, clinical, administrative and support, you would gain exposure to all of these areas. You will be responsible for collating and analysing data, supporting managers and flexible workers with systems and process queries, trouble shooting issues and general administration (minute taking etc

We are open Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm; so hours would need to be worked within this period on a team rota.

• Provide comprehensive admin support to the team and manage the in-box.
• To provide advice on agency and bank usage using reports.
• To provide key data on agency spending and send monthly data to NHSI
• Good communications skills
• A strong focus on customer service
• The ability to identify and resolve problems as they arise.
• Takes ownership of issues and is able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
