Temporary On Site Call Center Rep

• Urgent* Seeking 8 Temporary Call Center Reps to start Monday 9/30 to assist with the “first notice of loss calls” for a local Flood Insurance Company. Project length depends on call volume. Could be 2 weeks to 2 months.

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility is to take first notice of loss phone calls.
• Helps respond to basic customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers.
• Answers, documents and monitors call center calls, emails and transactions.
• Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.
• Assists in tracking client and product order information and logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:

• Must have prior Administration Skills good Customer Service, proficient with computers, and be able to work all shifts as needed.

Education:

High School

Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to pass a background check

Hours are from 6am – 6pm. (8 hour shifts within those times)

Must be willing to work onsite for the duration of the assignment
