This is a Temporary position that will last until July 2023.

 

Pay is: $13.00/Hourly

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Temp pool positions are not benefit eligible and each are assigned a specific salary based on job duties. Duration of assignment can range from weeks to a year.

 

 

The Office Assistant will offer exemplary customer service as they are the first person that the patient encounters upon entering the building. This position must be able to accept and manage the emergency clinic phone line and ability to communicate with staff in different clinics for patient questions and/ or concerns.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Computer proficiency in various software applications to include Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and experience with a multiline phone requsired. Must have excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills and have the ability to multitask. Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.
