To further enhance our sales performance, we are seeking a passionate and experienced sales representative to join our successful team. Step into the role of Technology Sales Promoter and become an integral part of our success story. Scout and develop new market opportunities for B&R Mechatronics systems (e.g., ACOPOS 6D, ACOPOStrak, SuperTrak, Robotics), contributing significantly to sales strategies and the achievement of business targets. This position is based in Austria and requires frequent customer engagements on-site. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales for Mechatronics Solutions by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and managing pricing and negotiations. • Shape and execute sales strategies while scouting new business opportunities aligned with short- and long-term objectives. • Monitor market trends, adjust strategies as needed, and provide insights to inform product development and decision-making. • Develop value propositions, support marketing efforts, and facilitate product launches to highlight offerings. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring solution adoption and achieving sales targets that are align with business goals.Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in selling automation solutions within mechatronic engineering or related fields, with a proven track record in B2B sales and managing large accounts.
- Strong expertise in servo actuators, motion control, robotics, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, presentation, and CRM management, with a strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
- Cost-conscious mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in leading and motivating teams is desirable.
- High willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), a B driver’s license, and proficiency in common MS Office programs. Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
