| Additional Position Information | The Technology Lab Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of all resources and services provided by the extended hour computer labs managed by ITS. These labs include (but not limited to) McWherter Learning Commons, University Center Technology Hub, and Lambuth Computer Lab. The manager oversees the day-to-day operations, staffing, computer, software and designated peripheral support, and customer service, and collaborates with leadership regarding budget and strategic planning. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Coordinates the day-to-day operations of select computer labs to ensure all technology and associated services operate smoothly. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Hires, trains, schedules and manages approximately 20-30 student staff to monitor and support services offered in labs. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Maintains appropriate inventory of lab supplies. Manages paper delivery system for specific labs. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Facilitates partnership and community with the student body by providing technical assistance and training to student users. Coordinates planned activities with both internal and community partners. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Ensures technology lab provides a safe learning environment by properly executing the rules and procedures of the lab (including security protocols). |
