Our state-of-the-art clinical laboratories provide sophisticated technology and automated equipment that allow our teams to get to answers faster and more efficiently, with a strong emphasis on applied and translational research. Role Overview:

The Technologist IV is an expert technologist who demonstrates leadership and excellence in assigned area of the Laboratory. Functions as team leader in specialty. Maintains technical expertise in all areas of Laboratory.

  • Act as a liaison between Blood Bank and respective lab in the implementation of same day transfusion

  • Works closely with various laboratories within DPLM to coordinate same day transfusion activities

  • Create neat, accurate, well-formatted documents.

  • Prepares finalized reports for management and Director approval.

  • Maintain complete, accurate, legible, neat, organized, up-to-date records/logs/files.

    Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Lab Sciences or Medical Technology required.

  • 4+ years of clinical laboratory experience

  • A current New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required preferred

  • ASCP preferred

  • Location: Monmouth

  • Required to travel between sites (Basking Ridge, Bergen, Westchester) as needed

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30 to 5:30pm

  • Reporting into: Assistant Manager, Laboratory Medicine

    Pay Range:$55.59-$88.93
