- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice while providing empathy and offering helpful solutions
- Ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- Previous experience with technical customer service an asset
- Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must pass a background check
