Job description

In Tech Support you can contribute to international projects and create unique spaces for encounters and emotions with light design.Tasks

• Support of the sales team in technical questions and preparation of quotations
• Lighting calculations, price configurations and sales offers
• Technical development of projects
• Documentation and maintenance of customer and project data

Requirements

• Technical training or alternatively professional experience in the field of architecture, lighting technology or industrial design
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Nice-to-Have: Lighting design systems such as Dialux evo, Autodesk or AutoCAD
• Nice-to-Have: ERP Tool Microsoft Navision
• Nice-to-Have: Fluent German language skills
