Liverpool University¿s IT Services Department (ITS) has a key role to play in maintaining the IT infrastructure and business systems of the University to support 54 academic departments, based in 300 buildings across a number of national and international sites. Sitting within ITS, the Student Systems and Services Team is responsible for student data, from the point of application through to graduation. The main student records system (Banner) stores and processes this data, and is integrated with a number of satellite systems ¿ including timetabling, CRM, student portal, and curriculum management ¿ which are also supported by the team. Reporting to ITS¿ Head of Education and Research, and sitting within the wider Business Systems and Services function, you will play an important role in leading this team, managing operations and project delivery in this area ¿ incorporating all elements of design, build, implementation and support of relevant systems and services, and working to support and lead across a product management-based environment. You will lead a multi-disciplined team, working closely with managers and colleagues from across both ITS and the University¿s wider professional services. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing business partnerships and relationships (both within the University and beyond), and will play a core role in the planning and delivery of related projects.
