- Full-time, continuing position
- Commencement Salary: $84,539 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
The Team Leader: Executive Services, leads the operational and administrative services across the Academic Unit’s programs, research activities and strategic projects by providing high level project management support and co-ordination. This position will also lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of STEM’s SharePoint strategy.
The position supports a broad range of multi-disciplinary activities across the unit working closely with the Executive Team, Executive Services Team, Program Services Managers, and Team Leader: Program Services.

- Provide leadership, mentoring and management Project Officers and Administration Assistants, including performance management and professional development
- Coordinate the successful implementation of strategic projects and other Academic Unit initiatives
- Establish strong working relationships and collaborate within STEM and other Academic and Central Units
- Manage STEM’s Administrative Assistant activities
- Provide operational services such as contributing to UniSA STEM’s strategic planning and review processes
Essential Skills and Experience
- High-level project management and coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Proven experience in the design, development and maintenance of records management framework, preferably on SharePoint
- Demonstrated research, analytical and writing skills for the gathering and synthesis of data from multiple sources for the provision of high-quality evidence based reports and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
