Te āheinga: The opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Team Leader to work within the Enrolment & Academic Support Operations team, who work hard to ensure Unitec’s Enrolment & Academic Support operations run seamlessly.

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Enrolment Processing Specialist who you will mentor, develop and support to ensure application assessment is aligned to regulatory requirements. You will lead the delivery of key administrative business tasks supporting the overall operations functions contributing to a quality student experience.

You will be a result driven team leader with leadership experience in a high-pressured environment where you are accustomed to meeting business KPIs and Service Level agreements.  People and analytical skills are essential as task allocations, problem solving, internal and external stakeholder engagement are just some of the key functions your will be performing each day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates experience in successfully managing and leading teams
• Has relevant work experience (contact centre or KPI focused environment)
• Can influence and lead internal and external stakeholders through change
• Has a strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Ideally has experience using CRM
• Can easily problem solve and is solution focused
• Experience in the Education sector would be preferred but not essential.
