Here in the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment we are recruiting for a Team Leader (Course Administration) in the School of Computing and Digital Technology. We are based in the heart of Birmingham at the prestigious Millennium Point and state of the art Steam House, part of our extensive city centre campus, where we deliver a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as having a well-established portfolio of overseas delivery partners and a growing apprenticeship provision. We are a faculty with ambitious growth plans, it is an exciting time to join us!
Directly managing a team of Course Administrators you will focus on motivating and leading your team to deliver a proactive and customer-focused course administration service. Working closely with colleagues in the School, Faculty and across the University, you will oversee the operational delivery of administrative support across our courses, this is for both undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service that underpins the student journey from enrolment to graduation placing students at the heart of all that you do. You will drive development of effective systems and processes and will maintain accurate student records. The role the Team Leader plays is vital to ensuring that we achieve high staff and student satisfaction.
