Ihre Aufgaben

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a 5-person Python developer team
• Coaching and mentoring of the team as well as further development of the entire software development process based on best practices
• Interface between other departments & developers
• Tech stack: Python, Flask, Django, PosgreSQL, pandas, numpy
• Agile way of working according to Kanban

Ihr Profil

• Experience in a lead position and successful implementation of software development projects
• Several years of relevant professional experience in software development
• Know-How with Python, pandas and numpy is an advantage
• Communicative, empathic personality with leadership skills and strong quality awareness
• Very good English skills

Salary

The salary range is between € 5000 and € 6800 gross per month – based on qualifications and experience.
