  • You live and breathe e-commerce – you are the key driver of all initiatives that maximize online sales on Amazon and other marketplaces in Europe, Middle East & Africa
  • You lead and motivate a team of 5 to achieve company sales goals.
  • You implement and analyze marketing strategies, optimize PDP and improve CVR on these platforms together with your team.
  • You analyze market trends and competitive activities.
  • You oversee demand planning and make sure that we never run out of stock.
  • You work cross-functionally with different teams – tech specialists, logistics, purchasing, product managers, online operations managers, retention experts and data analysts – to successfully meet performance targets.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years experience in managing Amazon accounts and preferably well-grounded knowledge about other marketplaces. Running your own marketplace account in the past is definitely a plus – we are looking for hands-on experience.
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience including working knowledge of analytic tools such as Excel, Sellerboard (or similar) and Helium 10 (or similar)
  • You have completed education in the field of marketing, business, communication or similar
  • Creative and hands-on mindset – feeling comfortable in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Shown ability to collaborate, communicate clearly and work cross-functionally

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 65.000 gross per year.
